Position
Infrastructure Project Managers
Main Job Duties:
  1. Responsible for overall delivery of IT infrastructure and system projects for the organization, by performing the full spectrum of the project management (overall project estimation, project planning, resource planning, budget management, issue management, risk management, change management, vendor management and communication planning).
  2. Act as a bridge between the technical consultation team and the business team in the preparation and submission of all project approval documentations.
  3. Work with a team of shared resources with the necessary know-how to ensure smooth delivery of each project.
  4. Develop tracking indicators that will provide clear status visibility throughout the project.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and meetings with business users, as well as, vendors/partners to ensure that project budgeting and schedules are on track.
Job Requirements:
  1. A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent.
  2. At least 12 years of IT working experience, with at least 3 years of project management exposure in:
    • Medium-to-large scale enterprise or regional IT infrastructure projects; or
    • Service Delivery Management (Vendor management and Service Level Agreement).
  3. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
  4. Technology leadership and savvy.
  5. Excellent strategist and planner.
  6. Dynamic and able to engage people at all levels.
  7. Regional exposure will be beneficial.
  8. ITIL, CITPM or PMP certifications will be preferred.
