• Manage and direct a team of Application professionals to implement and maintain Client Server, 3 and N-Tier Architecture Application solutions to meet business requirements
• Strategize and plan for IT Application solutions according to the organization's business objectives.
• Conduct regular reviews and meetings with business users and vendors/partners to ensure that project deliverables and schedules are on track, as well as, to handle UAT and SIT issues.

1. A good degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 8 years working experience (of which 3 years in similar capacity), with strong technical foundation in Microsoft or Java technologies, RDBMS, Security, Middleware, Enterprise Applications and IT Infrastructure, as well as, industry experience.
2. Expertise in IT Application Architecture, Methodologies, Planning, Budgeting, Leadership, Talent management, Vendor / Partner engagement and Management engagement.
3. Have participated in at least 5 full SDLC of medium or large scale Applications.
4. PMP or CITPM certifications will be beneficial.
5. Strategic with strong IQ and EQ.
6. Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills.
7. Highly energetic and dynamic.
