• Lead a department/section comprising of IT professionals and partnering the respective support groups within the organization to embrace and offer the right technological solutions to meet the business objectives.
• Build and sustain effective communications with all stakeholders in the organization to achieve maximum user satisfaction.
• Develop and nurture an excellent Business and Vendor relationship to achieve excellent user satisfactions.

1. A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent.
2. Fifteen years of IT working experience with at least 5 years experience in similar capacity.
3. Expertise in IT Application Architecture or Infrastructure, Methodologies, Planning, Department level Financial Management and Budgeting, Leadership, Talent management, Vendor / Partner engagement and Management engagement.
4. Possess good business knowledge and excellent corporate cultural expertise.
5. Expertise in CMMI, ITIL and/or ISO will be preferred
6. Strategic with strong IQ and EQ.
7. Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills.
