- Answering incoming Hotline calls within SLA, creating and recording of callers' requests or queries into a ticketing system, providing answers to their queries or escalating the matter to next level support if required
- To follow up on the progress of the calls till closure, in order to provide good customer experience.
- Assist in other related activities as when required.

- "O" or "A" Level Holders, ITE Graduates, Diploma and Degree Holders are welcome to apply.Those with at least 2 years of working experience will be considered for senior roles.
- Strong interest in providing Customer Service.
- A cheerful, patience and a strong team player.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and a "mother tongue".
