Customer Service Assistants / Executives
Main Job Duties:
  1. Answering incoming Hotline calls within SLA, creating and recording of callers’ requests or queries into a ticketing system, providing answers to their queries or escalating the matter to next level support if required.
  2. To follow up on the progress of the calls till closure, in order to provide good customer experience.
  3. Assist in other related activities as when required.
Job Requirements:
  1. "O" or "A" Level Holders, ITE Graduates, Diploma and Degree Holders are welcome to apply.Those with at least 2 years of working experience will be considered for senior roles.
  2. Strong interest in providing Customer Service.
  3. A cheerful, patience and a strong team player.
  4. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Bilingual in English and a "mother tongue".
