IT Infrastructure Managers
Main Job Duties:
  1. Lead the infrastructure team (L1, L2 and L3) to provide smooth day-to-day management and operations of the data-centre, data and voice networks, firewall, systems, databases and security systems, structured cabling, desktop, laptop, printers, other peripherals and remote computing devices.
  2. Ensure high availability of the organization’s IT infrastructure, as well as, to exceed the service level agreements.
  3. Review and strategize to ensure the IT infrastructure is able to cater to the organization’s growth and business needs, by partnering the business stakeholders.
  4. Architect and deploy the relevant IT infrastructure to give the organization’s business a distinct advantage over competitors.
  5. Engaging the IT service providers to deliver the IT infrastructure solutions and services within the budget and project schedules.
Job Requirements:
  1. A Degree in Computer Science, Internetworking, Information Technology, Information System, Engineering, Science or its equivalent.
  2. At least 12 years IT working experience with 3 years in similar capacity in an Enterprise environment.
  3. Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and management skills.
  4. Technology leadership and savvy.
  5. Excellent strategist and planner.
  6. Dynamic and able to engage people at all levels.
