| SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultants |
| Main Job Duties: |
- Participate in SAP CRM project.
- Conduct business requirement collections, analysis, design, programming and master-setup tasks to achieve the desired results expected by the business, within the budget and project schedules.
- Develop test plans, cases and scripts, as well as, the technical and process flow documentations according to the adopted methodologies.
- Collaborate or partner vendors/partners (if any) to ensure that the system’s delivery meets the business specifications.
- Provide post-implementation maintenance and support.

| Job Requirements: |
- A Degree in Computer Science, Arts, Social Science, Business Studies, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Science or its equivalent.
- SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional will be preferred.
- At least 4 years of relevant techno or functional working experience in:
- Marketing,
- Sales,
- Service,
- Contact Centre, and/or
- E-commerce.
- Expertise in ABAP programming.
- Highly analytical and good troubleshooting skills.
- A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and inter-personal skills.
