Main Job Duties:
  1. To manage and maintain existing, as well as, develop new customers for recruitment or managed staffing (HR Outsourcing) business opportunities.
  2. To built a strong working relationship with the clients to ensure timely yet quality service deliveries, in order to meet their business needs.
  3. To plan and carry out recruitment drives, select and propose the right candidates to support project or customer’s needs in a timely manner.
  4. To actively search, conduct interviews and propose the right candidates to the respective customers.
  5. To solicit feedback from customers on our service deliveries and the staffs’ performance on a regular basis; review, strategize and make improvements to enhance our business competitiveness.
  6. To communicate with our Outsource staffs on their work performance, learning and welfare on a regular basis in order to minimize potential problems, as a pre-emptive measure.
Job Requirements:
  1. A good Degree with at least 2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates with strong interest in outsourcing will be considered on merit basis.
  2. Possess positive and strong mindset.
  3. Aims to offer and deliver solutions that meet the objectives of our customers and enhance the live of mankind.
  4. A self-independent yet a team player, mature, hardworking and a resourceful person.
  5. A good communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
  6. An excellent people person with good listening, counseling and job matching skills.
