- To manage and maintain existing, as well as, develop new customers for recruitment or managed staffing (HR Outsourcing) business opportunities.
- To built a strong working relationship with the clients to ensure timely yet quality service deliveries, in order to meet their business needs.
- To plan and carry out recruitment drives, select and propose the right candidates to support project or customer's needs in a timely manner.
- To actively search, conduct interviews and propose the right candidates to the respective customers.
- To solicit feedback from customers on our service deliveries and the staffs' performance on a regular basis; review, strategize and make improvements to enhance our business competitiveness.
- To communicate with our Outsource staffs on their work performance, learning and welfare on a regular basis in order to minimize potential problems, as a pre-emptive measure.
