• Manage and direct a team of Application professionals to implement and maintain Client Server, 3 and N-Tier Architecture Application solutions to meet business requirements.
• Strategize and plan for IT Application solutions according to the organization's business objectives.
• Identify and offer innovative IT solutions and services to enhance the organization's business competitiveness.
• Built and guide the team of Application professionals to partner the business users in their quest for business excellence and growth.
• Collaborate or partner vendors/partners (if any) to ensure that the system's delivery meets the business specifications.

1. A good degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 12 years working experience (of which 3 years in similar capacity), with strong technical foundation in Microsoft and/or Java technologies, RDBMS, Security, Middleware, Enterprise Applications and IT Infrastructure, as well as, industry experience.
2. Expertise in IT Application Architecture, Methodologies, Planning, Budgeting, Leadership, Talent building and development, Vendor / Partner engagement and Management engagement.
3. Strategic with strong IQ and EQ.
4. Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills.
5. Highly energetic and dynamic.
