IT Applications / Software Managers
Main Job Duties:
  1. Manage and direct a team of Application professionals to implement and maintain Client Server, 3 and N-Tier Architecture Application solutions to meet business requirements.
  2. Strategize and plan for IT Application solutions according to the organization’s business objectives.
  3. Identify and offer innovative IT solutions and services to enhance the organization’s business competitiveness.
  4. Built and guide the team of Application professionals to partner the business users in their quest for business excellence and growth.
  5. Collaborate or partner vendors/partners (if any) to ensure that the system’s delivery meets the business specifications.
Job Requirements:
  1. A good degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 12 years working experience (of which 3 years in similar capacity), with strong technical foundation in Microsoft and/or Java technologies, RDBMS, Security, Middleware, Enterprise Applications and IT Infrastructure, as well as, industry experience.
  2. Expertise in IT Application Architecture, Methodologies, Planning, Budgeting, Leadership, Talent building and development, Vendor / Partner engagement and Management engagement.
  3. Strategic with strong IQ and EQ.
  4. Excellent inter-personnel and communication skills.
  5. Highly energetic and dynamic.
