Position
QA Analysts
Main Job Duties:
  1. Perform Quality Assurance (such as Black-box testing) of software applications and the SDLC.
  2. Participate in IT projects and provide advice on QA matters and ensure compliance to the relevant methodologies and processes.
  3. Perform QA on project documentations to ensure completeness and qualities.
  4. Conduct change control assessment for applications promotion to production environment.
  5. Track and analyze production issues and qualities.
  6. Participate in driving QA related initiatives, such as development of new QA standards, procedures, processes and guidelines.
  7. Conduct day-to-day QA operations, such as Weekly Impact Analysis Meeting and QA Reporting.
  8. Participate in IT Projects as when required as QA representative.
Job Requirements:
  1. A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Info-communications, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience in QA.
  2. Expertise in industry standard QA methodologies and implementations.
  3. Knowledgeable in SDLC, change control management, testing and process improvements.
  4. Knowledgeable in popular programming languages (such as C/C++, MS.NET, Java, Cobol, RPG or Oracle) and logics.
  5. Proficient in procedural management, status reporting, as well as, in writing guidelines and procedures.
  6. A resourceful team player with good communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
  8. Those with more than 4 years of relevant working experience will be considered for senior roles.
