• Provide technical support and advisory on Web Application Servers / Middleware to the IT team on all related projects.
• Optimize the environment for scalability and performance, including sizing, tuning and monitoring of these environments.
• Enforce security policies for access to web services.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations through process and automation opportunities.
• Identify and test new middleware technologies to support business needs.

1. A good degree in Computer Science, Internetworking, Information Technology, Information System, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in an Enterprise environment.
2. Expertise in broad IT technologies, Messaging / Web Application Servers (Websphere and/or Weblogic), BEA WLI, Portal, Internetworking, Security, Databases and Applications.
3. Expertise in Unix, Linux and Windows Operating Systems, with scripting experience.
4. Good understanding of SOA Architecture.
5. Technology savvy and leadership.
6. Analytical and possess good troubleshooting skills.
7. Strong communicator.
8. A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
