Temporary Admin IT Assistants
Main Job Duties:
  • To assist the Project Manager/Leader in the project implementation activities, such as user and temp resource co-ordinations, administrative tasks, information (data) consolidation, preparation of working tools, etc.
  • To collect end-of-day data from the temp resources (engineers) for data entry and report preparation.
  • To assist in other related project activities as when required.
Job Requirements:
  1. "O" or "A" Level holder, ITE or Diploma graduates. Degree holders are also welcome to apply.
  2. IT literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  3. A detailed person, with good coordination and administrative skills.
  4. Service oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
  5. A self-initiated and pro-active team player who can work with minimal supervision.
  6. Good communication and inter-personal skills.
