    1. Total Turnkey IT Deskside and Helpdesk Solution. Thatz®, we offer our customers a complete IT Deskside and Helpdesk Management Solution which you can focus on your core business. We have been helping our clients to manage and maintain their IT Deskside and Helpdesk operating costs.

      Our solution includes consulting services, the implementation of a web based IT Service Management (ITIL V3 compliant) system, staffing, service deliveries to meet the agreed SLAs, maintenance support and the monthly management reports, as such:

      i. Consulting. Our consultant(s) will study your current environment and the needs. We then advise and tailor the appropriate solutions to meet the actual needs of your business.
      ii. Architecture. Our consultant(s) will help to identify and propose a comprehensive Helpdesk Management Solution that comprises of Service Requests, Incidents Management, Change Management and more importantly, the audit trial to meet your compliance requirements.
      iii. Implementation. Based on our consulting results, you may later engage us (or other vendors which you may select through an RFP or a tender exercise) to implement the solution, as well as, the best practices that has been documented by Thatz®.
